Very bad service
I am very disappointed with service from standard bank, on the 17 May I have send a complaint to them regarding a letter that I waited for them to email since February, after complaining on HelloPeter I received message that a consultant will be calling me , since I have been waiting, no one has contacted me. I see this as unprofessional for a huge bank like them to give such a bad service and making wrong promises to their clients. I will never do any business with them ever again, if I don’t get any help today I’m taking this to media
