Very Bad Service

Apparently cheque acc. cards are not working on ATM's and also are rejected at shops. I went inside the bank and stand in a long queue to enquire and i was told i can only withdraw at the tellers. This was standing in 3 long queues unnessessary.<br> <br> My view: Bank branch manager was supposed to appoint someone to explain to customers about the situation they are facing with cheque acc cards, and every point you reach when you ask them they say they don't know what is happening.<br> <br> I feel that i have wasted time and no one wanted to take responsibilities
