Very bad customer service from Standard bank all around (Branch, Customer Service, Sales Department, Credit Department)

I app**** for the loan at Fourways branch on 1 February. The Consultant advised that your credit department need to make a decision (2-3 days TAT) as my status reflect as "reduction order" on your systems. I have explained to everyone that I've been dealing with at SBSA that the status is probably as a result of being under debt review from January 2013 to August 2018. I was issued with my clearance certificate in August 2018 & have subsequently provided to you accordingly. On Thursday 7 February, Nosipho Mgoza from your customer service department called to advise that she can see I have offers for a credit card & RCP on my profile. She advised that my info would be passed to your Sales department to do the application with me. On Monday 11 February Udica Jack called to do the application but advised that it was declined due to the "reduction" status. I explained the whole debt review scenario to her all over again & she asked that I send the clearance certificate (which I did). I believe the TAT for credit decisions is 24-72 hours. I'm not asking to be treated special or different, but fairly. All I'm asking SBSA to make a decision (approve or decline) & notify me accordingly, opposed to keep me in the dark for 2 weeks. May I also bring to your attention that we initially moved our banking products & serviced( Home loan, Personal loan, Cheq acc, overdraft, credit card) to SBSA from FNB as a result of bad customer service from FNB. We currently have 2 bank accounts & a home loan with SBSA & will not hesitate to move again to a service provided that value & can assist me when I need them.
