Very angry client

Standard bank home loan department sucks. First it is very difficult to get hold of them. The staff has a lack of knowledge on their jobs, I feel they need to put staff that's well trained. I am still waiting for my request that I made last year to be attended. I've been taken from pillar to post. Every time I get the new person who is talking the different story, promising they will get back to me but they never done that. They changed my agreement amount. I need help.
