Vehicle settlement refund

Ive been struggling since 29 February to get my refund for a debit order that went off for my vehicle that was settled!! Phoning everyday and eventually after a week they settled my car and still took the installment! Today phoning again giving all the correct details the lady blocked me because the answer of me not owning a business is incorrect (i dont own a business) this is ridiculous by far the worst service provider!!!
