VEHICLE INSURANCE ON YOUR BEHALF without requisted communication channels

I recently received SMS's of confirmation documents I need to send to Standard Bank with regards to my vehicle insurance - even though I asked them to email me anything that they want from me as SMS's are usually ****s. Furthermore, the SMS's do not state which vehicle they are interested in - which can cause a lot of confusion.

Now they have sent me again a SMS stating that they will insure my vehicle on my behalf. I have called them and a lady told me that she will send me an email whereon I can reply with the necessary documents - I have yet to receive that email.
