Vehicle Insurance Division

2years ago i took upon a service plan with Std Bank,now have come to learn it's a Sub division of Innovations group.The agreement was that the car will be covered for up to 90 000 or 42months from that date or with that current mileage it had.Confidently,i was assured that the policy will cease only when i reach one of those 2 options.For which i now have clocked 90 000kms and request the settlement letter.i am told i still owe the 18months left.Why on earth would i pay for a service not benefitted from??Good thing is asked this consultant n he assured me on either one that comes first.I demand a voice recording,Ref no for the call i made is GWH84334
