Standard bank is just a ****, I wouldn't recommend anyone to use them, its a total ****. I had to fight with VAF department because their calculations were wrong and they kept on telling me its the system that does their calculations therefore its 100% correct. After 1 month 2 weeks fighting with them over their calculations, they then saw their mistake and adjusted it. Right after that they don't deduct their monthly instalment as they normally do their monthly debit order on the 25th of each month instead they deduct service fees of R64 because they want to charge me more interest, they did that in August and again they did that in September, I called them telling them to deduct their money and up until today they did not and they do not have any excuse for not deducting it because I bank with them and there is more than enough money in my bank each month. Now I am back to square1 because they did not actually adjust their VAF my account shows arears which they did themselves, they keep on sending messages saying they have been trying to get hold of me for payment arrangement whereas they never called, I can even prove that. The email that I send to them, they don't reply besides the automated message. I am done with this bank.

I am taking further steps, I rather fight in court because this is not ON.
