VEHICLE FINANCE ******* and NON-COMPLIANCE WITH NCA

I took a vehicle finance with Standard Bank 10 November 2023 for principal debt of R580 000, 3 workings days later, i requested a settlement letter. To my surprise, the settlement value is now R602 000 for a loan that is 3 days old. Upon enquiry what the additional amount is for, their own agents couldn't clearly provide this, I was told its for admin/initiation fees, which i know for sure is about R1300 (R1500 at most), after i disputed that i was then told its interest for early settlement. How??? R20 000 in 3 days????I then informed them that I am still within the cooling off period which allows me to terminate the contract and I was told the penalty fee would BE R2500 for a cancelation and the Dealership would need to reimburse the bank R580 000. However this process needs to be through the dealership. How does this make sense? If I settle myself, i have to pay R603 000 (R20 000 interest), but if i terminate the contract through a Dealership, they need to only pay R580 000 and R2500 penalty fee, which i will be liable for.
