Vehicle Finance account in arrears, Standard Bank not aware I am under debt review

I have never missed premium since I started, I have always honored my payments. In March I went under debt review due to financial difficulties. This month I am receiving phone calls and smses that my account is not paid up. My debt councellor made contact with you and an arrangement was made. What is surprising is that only I am receiving communication my vehicle finance is in arrears. Mar, Apr, May, June nothing...July I am suddenly behind with by almost R2000. And when I called in on 09/07/2021, spoke to Thulani...he was not even aware I am under debt review. While we were talking...his line got disconnected...never bothered to even call back. Can someone please have this matter sorted as I am still under debt review until the next 3 years.
