Absolute ridiculous service! My issue has still not been resolved. Skipping steps the bank wants to arrange payments with me but no one is actually saying what went wrong on their side. No owner ship of error if it was even an error. Won't even recommend them to my worst enemy.

Amd seeing that so many people are struggling with this bank with similar issues really raises an eyebrow
