Vehicle Finance

My mother has a vehicle financed by Standard Bank, and she has been receiving calls that she has missed 2 payments from a certain Darly. We have sent the proof of payments to this Darly's emai, but the calls have not stopped, and she is is receiving threatening sms.

I have called the Standard Bank Vehicle call centre, 3 times this morning. Spoke to Siphesihle, who can me this email: ***. And it came back un-delivered. Spoke to Thabiso, who gave me this email: ***, got the same response, un-delivered.

I am not getting help from Standard Bank Vehicle call centre, they all telling me that my mother must call them, and she has, they took her from pillar to post, and now they doing the same with.

Can you please help.
