Vehicle Claims

I'm very disgusted by Standard bank insurance. Its been a month since my car was ****** and till today they are telling me they are still waiting for Assesors report. i met the Assessor more than 3 weeks ago and he had advised it takes him 7 days to submit the report to the insurance. Amith responsible for my claim is never in the office nor does he return calls. My courtesy car is expiring soon. and i wont have any transport to come to work. im utterly disgusted if this is what one has to go through when they claim.<br> <br> Service levels are very poor.
