Vehicle Asset Finance - Nightmare during Halloween

Hi guys

Look I'm extremely dissapointed more than I am angry, this is the worst experience I've had with you guys trying to get car, like I don't know where to begin, okay scenario 1 : I went through the entire VAF process right. At this point I'm only waiting for and need the contract to sign and release note, all of sudden I'm getting questions about expenses n my income for "resubmission", AT THIS POINT OF THE DEAL, I went to pick up the car cause I had been told all my stuff would be at the dealership to sign and guess what? I couldnt take the car because Standard Bank had not sent the stuff.

Look guys, I'M GOOD TO GO, but you're not letting me,what you're putting out there vs what you're doing in practice is Night and Day.

You're not managing our expectations, you're not letting me know how long this are going to take which is why the process is so slow, you're not committing to great service.

That's my 2 cents though, just improve the already in place service, that's it.
