Vehicle Assert Finance Stole my money

I have taken a Vehicle assert finance with starndard in 2013 February i have been a very loyal customer ever since i have been paying my car instalments every month till to date. I was served with sumons claiming that i owe the bank their money and i havent been paying my car instalment since January this year how the hell would they serve me with summons if they not properly investigating befour issuing summons from the court ? i need this sorted standard bank is giving me a bad service making me a bad person.
