Vehicle application

<p>I've never received bad service at Standard bank in Pretoria,till I went to Standard bank Hartebee****rtdam in the North west,At first a guy called Nicolas Gae seemed to be very helpful,today it's exactly 2 weeks and we still didn't get an answer from him,when you call standard bank they have like a call center that transfer you to any branch but we couldn't get through and we tried several times,Nicolas promised to call back and keep us updated but he didn't do that either,I mean standard bank has been around for years,I would expect this kind of service from capitec .This is so unexceptable.Nicolas send me an email asking for my numbers but I never received a call from him,Standard bank Hartebee****rt is bad,I will not recommend anyone to do business with that branch</p>
