Vehicle And Asset Mismanagement

I have been receiving sms's from Standard Bank 4 x months in a row. I have phoned and spoken to various persons and also e-mailed several times, one of which to Colin Kriel. Otherwise I just contacted Customer Service, where obviously there is no service. I was assured two months ago that I would stop receiving phone calls from Standard Bank regarding "payment not received". I was told on one of these occasions that it is a glitch in the system. I was also told that my stop/debit order was taken off the system by mistake and that it would be re-loaded. I have even received a letter of apology three months ago, but still no solution to the problem. This has become tiring and time consuming. There has always been money in my Standard bank cheque account in order for the Kia payment to go through. However, Standard bank does not debit it anymore and afterwards sms me to find out why I did not pay. I am now at my wits end.
