What terrible service from Standard Bank today. They took off money from my account without informing me and now their refund department does not answer any calls. Have been holding on for am hour for them <br> <br> Pathetic service from them. The call center does not even know if that department is supposed to be working today or not. When you try to contact them and ask for assistance they never reply back but they fast enough to take money from your account just like that. <br> <br> Seriously considering moving to another bank. Can't deal with all this incompetency
