VEHICLE AND ASSET FINANCE

I am so disgusted at Standard Bank's services. I have been trying to get hold of a consultant to assist me since July and all I get is the run around. Transferred from 1 department to another. <br> <br> I wonder if there staff even know what their job descriptions are because they excel in passing the buck from department to the other. and the number that they give you to call always go to voicemail. Emails don't even get rep**** to. I have complained last month as well and not a single person from the bank has contacted me. When you need to bill us you are quick to contact us but when we need to request something then we cannot get a single person to assist. <br> <br> Your bank has terrible communication skills <br>
