Vechile instalment payment not allocated to my statement

I am extremely unhappy with the service that I am receiving from Standard bank Vechile and assests department. I requested VAF to cancel my monthly debit order so that I could make weekly cash payments into my account. I realised on the 30th March 2016 that my account has not yet been credited with my payments and called the call centre. I then sent thought my proof of payments on the same day and up until today my funds have not been allocated to my account. I have apparently paid into the VAF Namibia account but to no avail has Zabulon Bokaba been competent enough to resolve this query after several emails and phone calls. I receive several phone calls and sms's daily from the collections department but no one is able to give me feedback, when I ask to speak to a manager I get dropped calls. This is not the 1st incedident that I have with Standard bank where it requires endless phone calls and emails to get assistance on queries. I have a advance account that was incorrectly billed and this took 3 months to be resolved. I am so unhappy that after banking with standard bank for 17 years and being a ex staff member I am at the point where I want to move all my business from standard bank to another bank including my bond. Standard banks service is absolutely poor their is no thing such as simpler better and faster. I have just app**** for an extension on a loan and it was declined due to my payment profile that has been messed up by standard bank no realising what impact they have on customers lives. I would also like for them to revers the interest charged since the day that my payments have been made till now. The purpose of me making payments in advance is to avoid interest charges. Regards UNHAPPY
