VAF service

as a VAF clinet that got my financing through standard bank, my debit order has not gone off as per the agreed date, i called standard bank and i was told that my contract was not finalised on their system, i asked who was meant to finalise it and i was given the name Pule Mo***ane, they asked that i give them 24 hrs to have it loaded and the debit order to go off and they will give me a call back, i waited and more than 24hrs later im still undebited ad uncalled. received a call yesterday morning and i was provided with the option of a manual payment or signing a new contract effective 20th dec,i agreed to signing a new contract as thsi would be convineint to me and i was promised a new contract before end of business yesterday, hoping that this issue is resolved, no 5 minutes later i get a call from a consultant , Luanda Mthombeni, that helped me at conception of the agreement to tell me he needs permisiion to a mannual debit order from my account, i tell him i got a call and i agreed to a signing of a new contract effective 20th december, he tells me all that information provided to me is irrelevant and they want to do a manual debit, What is going on with Standard bank!!!!!
