VAF of Standard Bank has given me the worst treatment.

Standard bank had an a VAF offer for government employees and i grabbed the opportunity, little did i know that they would treat me with a bad service. I purchased a VW polo and the was given the offer with a lesser rate as they had the special ending that month. I went to Worcester Standard Bank to sign my contract where the lady that assisted me made it clear that my first intsallment would be on the 3rd of the month following, i had told her that my pay date is on the 25th hence could not see how i will have money in my account by then, that is where she conviced me to phone the call centre ad arrange for that as it is done via call center and not at the branch. I did exactly that but was told that it would not be possible as the first deduction must occur that date, frustrated i called Paarl branch to assist and there was told that they will see what they can do. Following that Standard Bank Paarl came back saying they can't assist in as the first payment is crucial and must go through that date, i wrote to them giving names referincing what i was told at the Branch in Worcester, they contacted that lady and she did nt deny what i have mentioned only that she can assist me with a stop order for the transactio to go through. I emails as proof and told them if there is going to be a bad record reflecting on my name for nn-payment i will appeal internally or externally, the VAF guy at Paarl branch suggested i do a application for a temporary overdraft of which i went to the branch and did just that to be told that the application is denied. I again forwarded that response to the Branch and they just went quiet till today, all i have been recieving now is phone calls from Standard Bank saying my account is due. No one bothered to contact me personally to offer any kind of assistance, i did all the following up and am now very frustrated as this is a new vehicle purchase thinking what kind of impression will be left and the abd record against my name.
