VAF no full record of payments for Experian loan removal

Vehicle Asset Finance section no accurate records. Last 3 payments apparently missing which appears strange. Experian requirements to have proof of the last payment before removing loan from their records in spite of paid up letter provided. Had to follow up a number of times and when one phone call was audible to me and not to them they decided to ignore the request with a reference number up until today.
