VAF is as useful as Load Shedding!!

I sent VAF an email stating I'm on maternity leave this month and only getting a small portion of my salary. I then ask that I pay them in June with my June installment as I will have 100% salary. Email was sent 3rd of May, they only requested documents from me around the 22-23rd of May. I sent and didn't hear anything. Today thru debited the little that I had to buy my baby things for the month.

What bothers me is that they knew they were going to debit regardless of the documents they requested cause they didn't get back to me and their phone just rings. I'm seriously disappointed.

I tried making arrangements with you from the 3rd of May. This is why I left you for you. Being inconvenienced all the time with no explanation. I'm gonna check if it's possible to move all my things to FNB cause they reply to emails within 24hours. What a let down. You don't answer phones,you don't reply to emails. Are we expected to take out infants to the branches so you can take us serious?
