VAF GIVING ME HELL

I am reaching out to this department because thier landlinescdo not work. I have been calling VAF since December to make arrangements to pay my car after my payment break lapsed last august. Thier lines do not work and go dead. They alao attempted calling me and when i answer the line goes dead. At some point i found a consultant who told me my file was handed over to HSR attorneys. For a week i contacted HSR no assistance until some old lady said she has a 1000 plus files and if i have no reference number from standard bank she cannot help me make arrangements. What these banks do these days is cruel, tgey can obtain a court order without proper service. Then come and take your car in public. I hace gathered money to pay the interest but i dont know what to do. I mean HSR attorneys refused to help even when i offered to give my ID number so they can search for my file. They were soo rude. All they want is to litigate and bill the bank for costs. Can the VAF department call me please i do not want to lose mycar
