I app**** for vehicle asset finance on the 31st of August.
My application was reffered to Credit for evaluation, needless to say, I wasn't declined.
The application credit referral process has taken a daunting two weeks in which numerous documents and information has been requested on my end.
With the above stated, I have obtained supporting documents to form part of validating the information Credit wanted to verify. I ran up and down giving Standard Bank all the necessary documents or information.
I got feedback only today that my application has been declined post the the above stated fact.
Standard Bank created an impression that they would approve my application, by probing me for more documents. I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with the outcome of my application.
