After settling my VAF accounr on the 10th of September, the installment was debited from my account on the 20th of September. I have logged the first query for the payment to be refunded on the 22nd of September. After 8 more calls to VAF and 4 new queries logged by them, I am still waiting. Now really tired of begging for my own money.
