Utterly Useless
<p>Been trying to open a cheque account for almost a month and a half. Tried calling customer service, went into the bank to lodge a complaint, got a ref number and then nothing. I sent an email to their customer relations email and then again nothing. This bank clearly doest care about its customers. Have gotten no feedback or help whatsoever. </p>
