Utterly outraged!!

I've complained once before about the same matter but this is utter ******* now and I'm at my wits end. <br> 7 months ago i app**** for my student laon and still I haven't gotten anything back I don't even know where my documents is at this point. I singed a total of four times in two months because of the banks utter incompetence it was sent to my mom in joburg to sign for surety and each time I waited at least three weeks for any feedback or notice. The most recent time I signed was because they had spelled my mothers name on the document I resigned four weeks ago and it was sent to my mother to resign only for them to inform me that a witness didn't sign in joburg properly and it was sent back and that was three weeks ago! I haven't heard a single thing since. <br> This is unacceptable.
