Utter useless call centre agent

I called home loans collections today and Maria who is absolutely useless at her job could not help, insisting to stick to her SCRIPT instead of dealing with my query... All she wanted to know was about money and when I will be paying... I asked her what amount of interest I am paying per month she rather gives me the interest rate. NOTE - HUGE DIFFERENCE. i than asked for something else she couldn't have bothered to explain to me what to do and providing me with email addresses... ALL SHE WANTED WAS A PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT... <br> <br> not with standing the fact that I asked to speak to her team leader that was busy after keeping me on hold for close to 5 min.... <br> <br> STANDARD BANK has absolutely no professional etiquette in dealing with clients,,,, YOUR STAFF IS GIVING YOU A BAD REPUTATION...<br> <br> COULD SOMEONE KINDLY HELP ME? OR AM I ASKING TO MUCH FOR YOUR PEOPLE TO DO THEIR WORK????!!!
