Usless Standard Bank
If you want probably the most usless bank then Standard Bank is it. They close access bond, when you questy, they say you need to have your details approved through FiCA, we told the jos was done, checked and confirmed was, the account would be available within 24 to 48 hours. That never happened and its not the first issue we have had with this rusless admin, acces to accounts etc.

17 Oct 2025, 10:04You call a robot voice calling me and asking me to wait for a service provider , calling me, when I have to wait and eventually hang up. Pathetic. I have just gone into a branch to redo what my wife has done twice already accepting terms and conditions that were done. Its insane that they dont even have logs of calles, e mails etc that we logged , even though we were given ticket numbers. Its also insane that the lady in the bank has to dial the call center like a none standard Bank employee , and verify who she is. You are Pathetic.
