Usless standard bank

I have open an account with standard bank in rivonia, and few months down the line i have noticed that there are debit orders going from that account and i dont know them, i went to standard bank to block the debit orders and close the account, i was told that standard bank wont close my account untill i settled the account, the account was sitting on -R500,00 when i went to them, i asked them if they can block the debit orders as i have no idea as to who is debiting my account, standard bank , did nothing to help me and now my account is sitting on -R3000,00 that they say i must pay it, hello peter please help me on this, i have more debit orders that i dont know and i cant change account as i have to pay this money and i dont even know who this debit orders belongs too and standard bank is being usless, My name is Allen
