Useless/HOPELESS STANDARD BANK

Tried paying my staff today, instant payment. Never went through. When we called the bank they say the atm was faulty and that we had to wait 48 hours for a new pin. My request or query, is , how do yourl expect people during this festive period to wait for their monies, which will in essence fall on xmas day. Why is it that standard bank is so 'hopeless', I use this word hopeless because there isnt any hope when it comes to banking. Why offer a service if it actually doesn't exist? First national bank 'pay &clear' takes 30mins tops to a different FSP! Why does a payment from a standard bank to another standard bank take 24 hours to reflect..? What BS is this. What are yourl doing with our monies...? Your service is pathetic, yoirl never follow up, yourl dont offer a professional business FSP service at all.. The only thing yourl have are big fancy buildings and offices for housing lazy *********** people. With all due respect, Capitec bank is more efficient and reliable than you GOATS!!!!
