Useless Vehicle Insurance - DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM

<p>I sent my vehicle in on the 22 February - after taking two weeks and numerous emails and calls to get hold of an agent. I was assured that it would take 10 days to sort out. It's now going 3 months and I still haven't gotten my car back. All they do is lie and send an occassional email to cover up their uselessness. Their managers follow the same process. My car was sent for a light bumper damage - but was marked as a write-off... when it was working perfectly, What a bunch of *****lent *******. When I sent my own independant assessor - I was told that it's fine for him to come through - when he pitched up at their workshop - he was advised then that the car was taken to salvage - without my concent... after being given the go-ahead for my assessor to go through. I wonder what they were hiding? To date - after cancelling the claim - I am getting a ton of excuses about the vehicle over the last three months about the delivery of the vehicle. They did once make an effort a month ago - to deliver what was a perfectly running vehicle with a bumped bumper to me - stripped, filthy and undrivable... It was taken back and to date, is still floating in their useless hands. If anybody knows of a senior person that I can speak to, kindly advise. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE A POLICY WITH THEM. </p>
