Useless standard bank
I have received unauthorized transactions from standard bank called mu primary sms. I tried the chat option on their app which said approximately 10min wait to chat to a consultant. After 30min they booted me off. Go figure... I am overseas so cant call. Is there an email address I could use as the chat clearly does not work... guess they don't cater for people traveling or moving overseas...
