Useless Standard Bank

We have called Standard Bank several times to get info on student loan repayment with no luck. We went into a branch twice to get info on how to set up the repayment plan as well.

Second visit to the branch (Northmead Square) we were told that they would send through the request and send a ref number (still waiting). Then we were told that once they work out the repayment amount they would deduct the amount from my husbands account. When asked what the amount would be we were told the bank doesn't work it out so they can't tell us. So now we just sit and wait for some unknown amount to come off the account on an unspecified date. My husband has not agreed to or signed any documents stating how much he will be paying or on what date the amount will come off.

We have spend alot of time on hold and are feeling more confused and frustrated then ever. Could some please help us figure out how to go about paying back the loan.
