Useless Standard Bank

Useless. I need to reverse over R3000 worth of debit orders. I paid R360 to Std Bank last month to stop them from going off but still they went off. I've tried to call the call center since yesterday and nobody is picking up. I've lodged a call back, lodged a complaint and e-mailed customer relations but still NOBODY TO HELP ME GET MY MONEY BACK. I've been with Standard bank for 10 years but had enough. Their service is not sufficient anymore.
