USELESS SITE

Standard Bank it the absolute worst bank ever.<br> <br> I have had nothing but useless service, a personal banker who NEVER helps me and now, to top it off, the UCOUNT site has kicked me out and wont let me log back in. It is such a useless site. You log in, and try to look at a few items and it kicks you out and all of a sudden you are a 'guest' instead of being on your own profile.<br> <br> I cannot HANDLE this bank anymore. Thank goodness I have moved to FNB and in this week coming I am going to see my personal banker at STD and make her transfer all my funds (and I have quite a lumpsum) into FNB. <br> <br> Good riddince to bad *******. No wonder STD is voted the worst bank in South Africa based on customer complaints. STD is mile and miles ahead on complaints compared to all the other 5 banks.
