Useless services getting a quote

So I am getting a bond through Standard Bank. They were suppose to give me a quote on the property and credit insurance. A week later and no luck. Every time I phone I get placed through to a different department and no one can assist. They then take my details and then promise to phone me back. Instead I just keep getting daily calls about getting a SIM card.
