Useless service - Standard bank home loans

I've been trying for months to get someone from Standard bank home loans department to phone me with regards to a query. I've sent emails to ********** and I've tried the call me back feature on standard bank's website and still no one has called.

I regret taking a home loan from this bank as they provide absolutely no service
