USELESS SERVICE FROM TELLER

I went to my local branch today to draw a large sum of money. The teller informed me that there would be a fee of R1.85 per R100.00 and that I should rather increase my daily withdrawal amount, and draw cash at the ATM as that would cost me NOTHING.

I have a major problem with this: a. I PAID for the withdrawal at the ATM to the tune of R95.00 b. Just a month ago I drew R7000 at a teller and paid NOTHING for the withdrawal!!! c. If the rule changed, WHY WAS I NOT INFORMED?????? Or did the teller lie to me? If I was given the wrong information, I DEMAND that I be refunded the R95.00 withdrawal fee.

I find it disgusting that this situation can even arise. It seems that Standard Bank is trying to get rid of me as a customer!
