Useless service

Long time standard bank client, no judgements, no defaults, credit score of 650, no dept on my name, no debit orders sent back, always positive balance, app**** for a loan but declined, no reasons or feedback. App**** online, informed that I have to go into a branch, went into branch, still declined. Still waiting for their call back within 2 hours......2days later.....
