Useless service - cancellation of credit card!

Absolutely useless service. Went into a branch to close my account and was told i needed to phone call centre. Was on phone for over 3 hours trying to cancel my account but i keep on being transferred . My wife was also on phone trying to get alternative method to cancel my credit card but still no help, they just keep on transferring from person to person and then at some stage the call just gets cut off.. I wasted a whole day trying to resolve this and still no one to assist.
