Useless Service Branch Service and Poor Customer Service

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I am writing this e-mail with disappointment that the bank I work for has NO SERVICE at all towards their customers.</p> <p> </p> <p>My credit card expired at the end of May 2017.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was called by a courier company at the beginning of May and I was told that my card will be at the Branch before the end of May. I received an SMS saying my card is at No5 on Simmonds branch and I went to the branch on the 22 May 2017, say in the branch for over 1 hour waiting to see a consultant to collect my card that is supposed to be there.</p> <p> </p> <p>Got to the consultant eventually and was advice that the card was never delivered to the branch by the courier company. The consultant called the card division and I was advise that my card will be at the branch in 3 days which will be on the 26 May 2017.</p> <p> </p> <p>To date I have not received a CARD or a call from the Branch to collect the CARD and it has been a MONTH Later. I don’t have a CARD and I have to transfer to my CHEQUE Card when I need funds, which the BANK charges me for every time I do so.</p>
