Useless Service and terrible Customer treatment

I called in to the standard bank call center collections dept ( my initial query was to make an arrangement to settle a loan i took with them ) , to my suprise i was being told i had to go to timbuck too and back just to make a freaking arrangement to settle their loan when i requested to speak to the team leader she refused and told me he was on lunch , what kind of crack pot opperation are they running there where they only have 1 team leader <br> <br> it is absolutely disgusting that a organisation like standard bank can have such *********** people as her in there staff
