Useless service

I posted a complaint on here, on the 23rd of September - https://www.hellopeter.com/standard-bank/reviews/student-loan-system-extremely-out-of-date-***. Some background - we have a student loan - which I'm paying currently (so I'm the guarantor) - to which I never receive statements. So for years, I've been paying the same amount diligently thinking everything is in order - which is not. With the rise in interest rates, this loan has actually gone further into the red.

So following my post of the 23 my son received a call in this regard from Standard Bank (He's a student - what could he contribute to this conversation?) and he was told I would be contacted soon by Standard Bank.

Well - that didnt happen. I wasnt contacted and apparently the issue was closed (Service Request ***) - which it wasnt.

Can someone please call ME from the bank so we can sort this out??
