Useless service

<p>My Dad passed away and had a funeral plan with Standard Bank, at the branch in Lydenburg the lady working there were arrogant and were clearly not in the mood to help. After getting someone else to help us at the branch we got everything processed. This was Tuesday last week, according to standard bank the claim pay out within 48hr its now cob Monday. I phoned standard bank today after being transferred 5times! The lady told me its not been 48hrs. Its 96hrs excluding Tuesday! All in all poor service and unhelpful staff.</p>
