Useless SBSA

Useless SBSA: Incompetence is an understatement. My SBSA account cannot effect any transactions other than receiving payments to the bank and only emits the message “could not process payment. Technical error - try again later”. Since the 1st week of January 2020 it’s the same problem.

I called the bank since last week - calls lasting for over 45min to no avail and the flimsy answers they try to give are flawed and nauseating as they conflict the facts. One is kept on hold for minutes on end probably hoping I would hang up and the problem mysteriously disappearing.

Simply put, SBSA is failing to honor their obligations but skip a payment! They are clutching straws and confused! To this end the problem has not been fixed!
