USELESS PRIVATE BANKERS!
We had ***** on my husband's account on Saturday 31/05/2025 and contacted the ***** division, and he then reached out to his personal banker (Promise) directly and to date he has received no response. Why do we have personal bankers that are useless!!
We pay these bank charges and fees to Standard bank for a personal banker, but it seems that the personal bankers working for them do not work as this previously happened to me too!
