USELESS PRESTIGE BANKERS

So I was contacted to upgrade my account to "Prestige Banking", which costs me more off course. All these people can do is overpromise and under deliver. This banker from the Sandton City branch, never responds to emails, nor does she take any of my calls. She gives me the same reply after a week . "I was never in the office". I've been banking with you people since 2007. I've never defaulted on any of my payments, yet my own Bank will not even approve my RCP to consolidate my credit card, yet ABSA who I have never banked with approved it within minutes. So thank you Standard Bank, for charging me with exorbitant bank charges and interest fees. I will be moving my account to ABSA since I'm just another number to you.
